Pam Knieper and The Knieper Team are happy to announce the opening of their new independent real estate office in Granbury, Texas called Knieper Real Estate. The office is located at 3306 E. Hwy 377 in the Dave Jewelry shopping plaza. The new real estate signs will feature the familiar Knieper logo that has been used for years in all their ads.

Based upon official North Texas Real Estate Information Systems statistics, Pam Knieper and her team are the #1 Top Producers in real estate sales for all of Granbury and Hood County since 2002 and running through 2007 year to date.   Last year her team sold 320 properties with over $63,000,000 in sales.  The Team has received numerous national and regional awards in the past years.  Last year, the Knieper Team was ranked #10 in the nation and #3 in the region with their previous company!  Recently, Pam Knieper received her broker’s license with the intension to venture out as independent.
